Ferpa Çimento A.Ş. (Ferçim) is committed to managing an open, transparent, accountable, and sustainable communication process with all our stakeholders. We aim to respond to the expectations and needs of our stakeholders in a swift, accurate, and effective manner, viewing their perspectives as an integral part of our strategic decision-making processes.

Our Stakeholder Ecosystem and Interaction

We interact with a broad network of stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, sub-contractors, public institutions/organizations, academic institutions, the general public, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) who are affected by or contribute to Ferçim’s operations. Our relationships with stakeholders and their participation processes are recorded in Ferçim’s annual reports and shared with relevant parties. This policy has been established to ensure accurate, transparent, and honest communication regarding Ferçim’s sustainability commitments, performance, and strategies.
